Explanatory screening meeting on food safety starts February 3


In the business building of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce at Terazije Square, businessmen and the representatives of civil society, faculties, institutes and other bodies will be enabled to watch the live broadcast of an explanatory screening meeting on food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary issues that will take place between February 3rd and 7th in Brussels.
As part of Serbia's accession talks with the EU, the European Commission headquarters in Brussels will host aforementioned explanatory screening meeting - an analytical review of legislation for the Chapter 12 that concerns food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary issues, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Waterpower Engineering announced in a release.
This live broadcast of the meeting in Brussels, which will be closed to the media, is organized by the Agriculture Ministry, the Serbian government's Office for Cooperation with Civil Society and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the release reads.
