Zaječar-based dairy "Impaz" to merge with company "Imlek"

Stockholding Assembly of Dairy "Impaz" in Zaječar, which operates as a part of English company "Salford", adopted the contract on merging with Belgrade-based company "Imlek".

That contract was made by the administrative boards of dairies Zemun, "Imlek" and "Impaz" at the beginning of November 2006 in Belgrade.

Integration of these two dairies will enable more efficient operations, reduction of expenses, uniting of procurement, sale and distribution, which will influence rentability. In addition, "Impaz" will be able to use the resources of "Imlek" and regional distributive centers will be formed.
