Nine companies bid for Trepca reorganization

A total of nine international companies or consortiums have submitted their proposals for the provision of professional services to the Trepca company, the Kosovo Privatization Agency announced in a release.

The release published on the Agency's website reads that all nine companies are highly respected in their respective fields, but their names are not revealed.

Among the concrete tasks that will be assigned to the best bidder are appraisal and identification of organizational alternatives of the company, estimation of creditors' claims and preparation of concrete strategy for the compensation of valid claims, preparation of final version of reorganization plan and other necessary actions.
