Poljostroj awaits adoption of reorganization plan - Creditors to decide in April

Although in late last year the Vojvodina government practically became a majority owner of IMO Poljostroj in Odzaci by adopting a reorganization plan for that company, this has not been made official yet. It will be made official when formally confirmed by creditors in the Court of Commerce in Sombor, which should happen at a hearing in April. In that way, the company would exit bankruptcy, Radio Odzaci has reported.
By the way, production at Poljostroj still runs smoothly. Most of its product portfolio that mainly includes agricultural machines is exported to former Soviet Union republics.
