Still no buyer - Tenth notice of sale of Niksic-based Livnica published

Not even in the ninth attempt did Niksic-based Livnica in bankruptcy manage to find a buyer. The tenth notice of sale has been published, and a public auction for the property of that company will be held 26 February 2014 at 1 PM in the building of the Court of Commerce in Podgorica.
The property on the auction block includes a land, building facilities, production plant and equipment, and the starting price is set to EUR 1.5 million. All those interested should submit their application form by February 21.

Livnica was once a part of Niksic-based Zeljezara that Italy's Gatti acquired in 2004 and closed four years later due to a strike by most of the workers. Livnica went bankrup in late April 2012.
