New tender for Onogost hotels

The bankruptcy management of the hotel and tourist company Onogost has issued the 13th notice of sale of hotels in Niksic and Risan and the Savnik tavern by auction at a total starting price of EUR 11.21 million, meaning that the starting price was decreased by 790,000 euros from the previous auction. Those interested can apply for participation in the public auction by February 11th, but they must enclose a proof that they have paid a deposit of 10 percent.

The public auction will be held February 14th from 9 PM on the premises of the Podgorica Court of Commerce.

Among the properties on the auction block are: Onogost hotel in Niksic at a starting price of EUR 3.6 million, Teuta hotel in Risan at a starting price of EUR 7.6 million, and the Savnik tavern at a starting price of EUR 7,600.
