Radulovic expects laws on bankruptcy and privatization to become effective by end-January

Economy Minister Sasa Radulovic said Friday (10 January 2014) that he expected the Privatization Law and the Bankruptcy Law to be passed by the end of January.

The Privatization Law and the Bankruptcy Law are crucial reform laws for bringing companies under reorganization to healthy feet and completing the privatization process.

He also announced that the Bill on Public Companies should be finished in early February.

The Law on Crafts and the Law on Cooperatives will also be considered for adoption in early 2014, he noted.
