Moscow-based bank to buy Agrobanka?

The National Bank of Serbia (NBS) gave consent to the Moscow bank to purchase of Agrobanka.

Minister of Economy, Predrag Bubalo, has confirmed the information that the central bank gave consent to the sale of that bank.

The payment for stocks of Agrobanka in the additional capitalization process was 20 times bigger than the issues stocks, whereas with the realization of the second and the third issue of stocks, the capital of Agrobanka increased by more than 50m EUR.

Agrobanka owns 94 organizaton units on the territory of Serbia - 14 branches, 65 offices and 15 windows.
