'Fiat' is buying the rest of 'Chrysler' company

Italian car manufacturer 'Fiat SpA' has reached an agreement of taking over the rest of the shares from the American 'Chrysler' for 3,65 billion USD.
'Fiat' has already 58,5% of 'Chrysler' shares, and the remaining 41,5% has been in the property of the United Car Union Fund.

According to the agreement, 'Fiat' will pay immediately 1,9 billion USD into a Union fund, and the other 1,75 billion USD upon signing of the Contract.
'Chrysler' will also pay 700 million USD into the Fund.
Sergio Marchione, the executive director of 'Fiat' and 'Chrysler' has been intending to by the union's shares for a long time in order to merge the companies together.
