"Fiat 500" with 5 doors as replacement for "punto"?

After the launch of three models of family 500L, crossover "fiat 500X" is planned for 2014. Then, successor of "punto" should follow, taking up a position between the models 500 and 500L, while stylishly it would build up the design of these two cars.

"Fiat" has not yet officially confirmed the news about the model 500 with 5-doors, but the head of the design of the company stated in an interview with "Auto Express" that the expansion of the family "500" will not stop with the crossover 500X.

In early December, "Fiat" group announced that it will invest in new models EUR 9 billion and that "fiat 500" with 5-doors should be manufactured in Poland.
