Who will receive 13th salary?

Those who still receive 13th salary, mainly work in the IT sector, administration and accounting, economics and banking, trading, marketing and public relations, as well as senior management, according to the site analysis infoplate.rs.

In these areas of work, the highest 13th salary have those employed in senior positions of management and on average they receive at the end of the year just over 117,000 dinars. They are followed by employees in IT sector, who get about 50,000 dinars, economists and bankers with around 44,000, while others, on average, for the New Year bonus receive between 15,000 and 25,000 dinars.

As the site analysis also shows , employees expecting 13th salary or bonus are usually from Belgrade - 55 % of them - and it averages about 43,000 dinars.

Although four times fewer than in Belgrade, workers from the South Backa District also can look forward to bonuses that are about 28,000 dinars, which is the same how much those expecting 13th salary also get - 5 % of them - in Niski and Sumadia region.
