Government of Serbia adopted a set of economy laws

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Proposal of laws on Privatization, Proposal of law on amending and modifying the Law on Bankruptcy, Proposal of law on Amendments to the Law on the Privatization Agency and the Proposal of Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Agency for Insurance and Export Credit and of the Republic of Serbia . The government submitted these Proposals to the National Parliament of the Republic of Serbia on urgent consideration.

Government adopted the Proposal of Law on the final budget of the Republic of Serbia for year 2012, the Proposal of law on amendments to the Law on Deposit Insurance, and the Proposal of law on Amendments to the Law on Investment Funds.

The Serbian Government also adopted the Proposal of Law on Amendments and Additions to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Pollution Control, the Proposal of Law on Amendments to the Law on Chemicals, the Proposal of Law on amendments and additions to the Law on Biocides and Proposal of Law on amendments and additions the Law on Health Care.
