"Knauf" to have factory in Surdulica renovated

one of the leading world companies in field of insulation "Knauf izolacija" will invest 16m EUR in the reconstruction of its factory in Surdulica.

It is expected that the works will be completed on July 1, 2007. According to the people from that company, the works on the foundations of the factory are being prepared, as well as disassembling of old line for non-impregnated wool, which will much reduce environmental pollution.

"Knauf" is present on Serbian market since 2005, after it bought factory "Vunizol" from Surdulica, which deals with the production of stone woold for 32 years. The factory from Surdulica exports products to the markets of Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia and Greece.
