(BIH) Tuzla Brewer to be sold to Heineken or Efes pills?

Prior to July 2005, the Tuzla Brewer should be sold to some foreign company. The most interested in procurement of Tuzla-based Brewer are Heineken and Efes pills from Turkey.
Heineken already sent offer and it seemed like the sale was only the matter of days, but the representative of Efes pills announced its offer. Tuzla-based Brewer will be taken over by the company who offers better terms.
Tuzla Brewer has annual production of 40 million bottles or 210,000 hectoliters of beer and juices, which means that it used to have good financial results while it was independent company.
