Bids for Radenska by February 1st - Deadline to take over Slovenian juice and water producer extended

Prospective buyers conducting an in-depth survey of the Radenska company have got one more month to prepare their binding bids, Slovenia's business daily Finance reports. All bids must be submitted by February 1st.

Finance writes that the Czech company Kofola has confirmed it is conducting an in-depth survey of Slovenia's Radenska.

Unofficially, this Slovenian mineral water and juice producer is eyed by Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC), Nestle and Serbia's Nectar in addition to aforementioned Kofola.

Pivovarna Lasko, the owner of Radenska, expects to sell that company in the first part of the next year.
