Serbian-American "Flori trading" to become owner of 71% of company "Aleva" Novi Kneževac

Novi Kneževac-based Food Industry AD "Aleva" succeeded in its efforts to keep itself from the take-over by Horgoš-based "Vitamin" thanks to the consortium consisting of minor stockholders and company "Flori trading", owned by Hristivoje Milošević from Kruševac, with American capital. "Aleva" decided that "Flori trading" should be its strategic partner, so that that company has recently announced the offer for take-over of stocks of "Aleva".

The moment the stocks of "Aleva" appeared on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, "Flori trading", as experienced and reliable business partner, rushed to its aid and bought 21.13% of stocks of the most successful company in Novi Kneževac. It seems like "Flori trading" will become majority owner of "Aleve" holding property over 71% of the stocks.

In its offer, company "Flori trading" from Wyoming (USA) expressed readiness to pay market price of 19,000 CSD for every stock of "Aleva". This package of stocks will cost about €4.5m. After unsuccessful attempt of "takeover", majority owner of Horgoš-based "Vitamin", Belgrade-based company "Ferbild", managed to buy nearly one fifth of the stocks on the stock exchange and take part in the ownership structure of the stock capital of "Aleva" with 19.19%.
