Banka Koper to sell stake in Merkur's Big Bang

Banka Koper, a member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, is selling its 45-percent stake in the Big Bang company that is part of the Merkur Group.

According to the web portal Seebiz, the bank has scheduled auction for December 30th and set the starting price at EUR 2.2 million.

The remaining 55-percent stake in Big Bang is seized by Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), and that stake is part of its portfolio designated for transfer to a so-called bad bank.
