Intensive international activity of Metalka Majur, goal – strategic merging with big European manufacturers from the same field

In November and December, the management of Metalka Majur was exceptionally active on the international level. Numerous meetings with the renowned European companies were organized and the talks were led about the possibilities of business merging and collaboration in field of distribution, production and exchange of knowledge.

The negotiations commenced in Belgrade in October with company Wessen, the leading Russian manufacturer of electric goods, have been continued in Moscow. At the Fair in Athens, where Metalka Majur exhibited its products, the meeting was organized with the representatives of companies Gewiss, Ave and Geyer. The talks with the regional manager of Gewiss have recently been continued in Belgrade, whereas the representatives of Legrand will pay a visit to Majur at the end of December.

One of the possible directions of development of Metalka Majur in the following period is merging with big European manufacturers from the same field. The decision about the concrete method and scope of collaboration, as well as about selection of the partner, will be made after the thorough analysis of offers and proposals of the interested companies.
