Nenad Đorđević sells Montenegrin "Hawaii"

Businessman Nenad Đorđević gave up construction of luxurious hotel complex and marina on the St. Nikola island and decided to sell his property on that island near Budva.

Đorđević said that he had decided to sell 7 ha of the land with the unfinished buildings, because he had not obtained the building permit that he had been waiting for six years. According to his words, the buyers from Russia, England and Germany are very interested in procurement of popular "Hawaii".

There are speculations in Budva that "Hawaii" will not cost less then 30m EUR, but Đorđević says that he still does not know what the starting price of his property on the island will be.

Đorđević bought the biggest parcel (45 ha) on the island in 1997. The price at which former vice president of the Yugoslav left wing and the owner of market chain "BTC" became the owner of the part of the island is not known.
