Wines from Jagodinska Vinarija 1897 winery to hit Hungarian market next year - Negotiations on exports to Russia and Republic of Srpska underway

Wines from the Jagodinska Vinarija 1897 winery won one gold, one silver and two bronze medals at a trade fair in Czongrod, Hungary, thus clearing the path to exporting Serbian wines to that country.
The wine "Lira Rajnski Rizling" won the gold medal, "Piano Kaberne i Merlo" won the silver one, whereas the bronze medal went to wines "Ruzica" and "Lauta Sardone", the winery said in a release on Thursday.

Dusan Stojanovic, the co-owner of Jagodinska Vinarija 1897, says that winning these medals is a "great success that clears the path to exporting wines from Jagodina and Serbia to Hungary".

- These awards will make it possible for us to enter the Hungarian market and we are currently negotiating distribution terms with Hungary's largest retail chain CBA - he said and added that they were also negotiating the export of wines of Jagodinska Vinarija 1897 to Russian Federation and the Republic of Srpska.
