Belgrade - Lower interest rates on mortgage loans in Hypo Alpe Adria bank

Hypo Alpe Adria bank offered new interest rates on mortgage loans. For the type of credit with deposit of 20% for the owners of checking accounts in this bank, nominal interest rate on annual basis is 7.65 % - effective interest rate is 9.08%, whereas rest of the citizens will have to pay nominal interest rate of 8 %, i.e. effective interest rate of 9.96%. There is also possibility of financing of acquisition of apartments that are under construction and it is realized in cooperation with the investors and contractors that are acceptable to the bank. In that case, the guarantee before the mortgage is established is mortgage bond signed by two guarantors.
