Sale of "Ulcinjska rivijera" scheduled for June 10 and July 26, 2005

Once the biggest hotel-tourist company at Montenegrin Seaside ``Ulcinjska rivijera`` will maybe cease to exist already at the end of summer. That kind of epilogue was indicated after annunciation of the tenders for sale of hotels ``Olimpic``, ``Bellevue``, ``Grand Lido``, ``Mediteran`` and ``Galeb``, which operated within this hotel-management company. Both domestic and foreign investors are invited to deliver offers for the first three hotels to the Ministry of Tourism of Montenegro prior to July 26, while the offers for ``Mediteran`` and ``Galeb`` will be accepted until June 10, 2005.
