BAJATOVIC: Possible mild decrease in gas price in 2014

Srbijagas General Manager Dusan Bajatovic said today that he expected a mild decrease in gas price in 2014.

- I hope that the price of gas will be kept at this level next year and that there will even be some mild decrease - he told the press during a break in the event "Economy - World 2014" in Belgrade.

As of 1 September 2013, the regulated price of gas in Serbia changes every time there is a change in its purchase price and the ratio of the price of imported gas to the price of domestic gas, and it is also harmonized with changes in the 15-day average of the US Dollar exchange rate.

The last change took place December 1st, when gas price went down by 2.7 to 3.5 percent on average.
