Share Fund sells shares in companies Erozija, Kljuc and Palisad

The Privatization Agency announced in a release on Friday that it would offer the Share Fund's stakes in three local companies for sale on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

According to the release, the Privatization Agency will put one share in the Erozija company from Valjevo, 4,859 shares in Kladovo-based Kljuc and 1,063 shares in Palisad Hotel at Mount Zlatibor up for sale.

Trading will be done in compliance with the Business Rules of the Belgrade Stock Exchange and the Capital Market Law.
