Green light for golf courses in Tivat

The Tivat City Assembly has adopted a detailed urban design of the future locations of golf courses in that town. Such decision is greeted by John Kennedy, the founder and executive director of the Boka Group that owns the Royal Montenegro golf project in Tivat.

John Kennedy stressed that it was another important step for Tivat as the future renowned tourist destination and a significant step for Montenegro as the development of necessary infrastructure would ensure a longer tourist season by closing the gap between the summer season and the start of skiing season.

- The former agro-industrial land, whose reconstruction is about to start, will be transformed into the first golf course not only in Montenegro, but also on the eastern coasts of the Adriatic Sea - said Kennedy.
