New condo tower in Miami home to 2% of world billionaires

Miami's new condominium tower on the coast is going to attract tens of billionaires from all around the world. The largest suites in this building are priced at over USD 30 million.

This 60-floor skyscraper called Porshe Design Tower that features 132 apartments and 284 parking places will be situated in a prestigious neighborhood in Miami (Sunny Isles Beach) and should be completed by 2016, the Swiss daily 24 sata reports.

It should be stressed that suites in this tower would be extremely spacious, ranging in size from about 400 to 1,600 square meters.

Each apartment will feature a swimming pool on the balcony, and there will also be two or three parking places per flat.

The sale of these apartments began April 2013 with over 100 flat sold by end-October 2014 at a price ranging from 4.2 to 32 million US dollars.

As many as 22 billionaires have already booked an apartment in this tower, meaning that it will be a home to 2 percent of all billionaires on the planet.
