How much is a smile?

In a research conducted in Great Britain (with the use of an electromagnetic instrument that scans brain and heart to show the level of satisfaction), British scientists discovered that one smile stimulates the brain as much as eating 2,000 chocolate bars or getting up to GBP 16,000 (about EUR 20,000) in cash!

However, this also depends on who is smiling at you: smiles from children or celebrities will give you more pleasure than those from politicians or royal family members. While a smile from a kid is "worth" 2,000 chocolate bars or GBP 16,000, a smile from a beloved one is as good as about 600 bars of chocolate or GBP 8,500.
