"Prvi partizan" exported ammunition worth 35m USD to world market

- Užice-based company "Prvi partizan", which is among the biggest world manufacturers of ammonition, exported sports and hunting ammonition worth 35m USD to the foreign market in 2006, which is about 95% of total production - said manager Dobrosav Andrić.

"Prvi partizan" belongs to the group of six companies from the defense industry system of Serbia, with 730 workers who increased production in 2006 by about 25% against year 2005.

In the restructuring process that is in progress, the management of "Prvi partizan" is close to the end of negotiations with Belgian company "FN Herstal" about joint production and export, the contract on which should be signed soon.
