Japanese pharmaceutical company Astellas Pharma Europe to open branch office in Serbia

Japanese pharmaceutical company Astellas Pharma Europe Ltd is going to open a branch office in Serbia, which will be celebrated at a ceremony in the White Palace in Belgrade on December 11th.

Astellas Pharma Europe Ltd, with the headquarters in Great Britain, is a European partner of the Astellas Pharma Inc company that is headquartered in Tokyo.

As the company said in a release, they are committed to achieving their global objectives by deploying state-of-the-art research and development methods, and they continue to register growth in the global pharmaceutical market. Astellas has 21 partner offices across Europe, Near East and Africa, as well as a research and development office and three production plants.

Astellas currently employs approximately 4,000 people in three regions in Europe, the release reads.

Astellas was recently presented with the Pharmaceutical Company of the Year Award at the 9th annual SCRIP Awards ceremony.
