French concessionaire takes over airport in Zagreb

The airport in Zagreb is taken over by a concessionaire that has announced the construction of a new passenger terminal, turnover boost and no layoffs within the next three years.

This takeover is done on the basis of a concession agreement and the first EUR 2 million payment made to the airport's account.

Let us remind that the Croatian government granted a 30-year concession to French company ZAIC to build a new passenger terminal and manage and use the Zagreb airport.
