Jagodina is going to attract two more investments. One of them is a liquefied gas plant that will be built in the local industrial zone by Russia's Semeramida.
The owner of that company, Rinat Ramazanovich Davlikanov, yesterday signed an agreement in the Town Hall with the contractor - Jagodina-based Visokogradnja Inzenjering.
This investment is valued at EUR 21 million, the daily Novosti reports.
According to Novosti, Viktor Rahmanyikov, a Gazprom representative, has announced the construction of a facility in Jagodina where buses, trucks and cars will be modified to run on natural gas, which will reduce the consumption of fossil fuels to a fifth.
The visit of the representatives of Russian companies to Jagodina is organized by Sankt Petersburg-based Nort Karton which is building a factory in that town.
