Greek investor offered 16.3m EUR for Oil Refinery "Beograd"

Greek company "Neochimiki Lavrentiadis S. A" has offered 16.380m EUR for the assets of Refinery "Beograd" and 15m EUR for the investment program.

"Evropetroleum" from Plovdiv offered most money for the investment program - 15.382m EUR and it offered 13.230m EUR for the assets of Refinery "Beograd".

Having in mind that the stocks of all bidders are rated on the financial markets, the Privatization Agency announced elements of the bids of other potential buyers.

Bulgarian company "Prista Oil" from Sofia is ready to set aside 11.518m EUR for the purchasing price and 4.625m EUR for the investment program. Consortium "MBS", which consists of "Res Trade" Novi Sad and "MBS Tehno" Belgrade offers 5,501m EUR for the assets of the Refinery and 15.382m EUR for the investments.

Total of six companies sent their offers to the address of the Privatization Agency: company "Cyclona Hellas" from Greece, "Evropetroleum" from Plovdiv, "Orlen Oil" from Krakov, "Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis" from Greece, Consortium "MBS" ( "Res Trade" from Novi Sad and "MBS Tehno" from Belgrade) and "Prista Oil" from Bulgaria.

Company "Orlen Oil" from Krakov and "Cyclona Hellas" from Greece did not meet the qualifying terms.

The official results of the tender will be announced after the meeting of the Tender commission, which is schedulled for the next week.
