Gas price lowered by up to 3.5 percent

As of 1 December 2013, gas price in Serbia is lower by 2.7-3.5 percent on average.

The price of gas is decreased by between 2.9 and 3.4 percent on average for households and by 2.7-3,5% for all other consumers, it was announced before by the Energy Agency that approved that price decrease.

The new average price of cubic meter of gas in Serbia is RSD 44.9 dinara (exclusive of VAT) for all households and RSD 41.8 for all other consumers.

These lower prices of gas will be applied by all 33 public gas suppliers.

Annual gas consumption per household in Serbia averaged 990 cubic meters in 2012, whereas an average annual gas bill per household amounted to RSD 49,000, inclusive of VAT.
