Sony have patented the "smart wig," an accessory worn over the natural hair that processes data and communicates wirelessly with other portable devices, the national broadcasting corporation of the Republic of Srpska (RTRS) has reported.
In its patent application, the Japanese company says that the "smart wig" can be used as a GPS device, adding that it can also monitor the user's health via sensors which would detect their vital signs such as heart rate or blood pressure.
Sony announced that this wig had certain advantages over other portable computer devices with comfort being the greatest of all.
The "smart wig" can be made of horse, buffalo or human hair, wool, feather or any synthetic fabric.
