Free final designs for Serbian houses in early December

The Ministry of Construction and Town Planning will invite citizens in early December to apply for free final designs for traditional Serbian houses, eKapija was told by people at that ministry.

- Next week we are going to post an invitation on our website for citizens to apply for free main designs for Serbian traditional houses. There will also be a catalog where all those interested will be able to see how these houses look like and to choose the type, model and square meterage of their future home – said people at the Ministry of Construction.

Aside from basic personal information, citizens' applications are also to include the data about the planned location of the house. In order to get final designs for free, people wil also have to submit a location permit to the ministry.

- Considering that the new Law on Planning and Construction will be adopted soon, citizens will be able to quickly get a building permit free of charge - said people at the Ministry of Construction.
