Telekom Srbija to pay RSD 7.6 billion in temporary dividend to shareholders

Telekom Srbija's Supervisory Board has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting for December 18th. As it was announced, the agenda for this meeting will include the adoption of a decision to pay a temporary dividend from the current profit. According to the draft of this decision, shareholders will be paid RSD 7.57 billion in dividend, that is, RSD 9.46 per share.

The biggest shareholder of Telekom Srbija is the Republic of Serbia with a stake of 58.1%, 20% of shares are held by the company itself, whereas remaining 21.9% of shares are in the possession of its current and former employees and the citizens of Serbia.
