There were some changes in the personnel of the management of "Lukoil-Beopetrol" on Thursday (November 30, 2006).
Plamen Popov, the deputy general manager for commercial affairs was promoted and took over the position of former general manager Vladimir Vasiljevič Rjepin.
Popov's function has been inherited by Vitalij Zbant, who used to the councillor of the general manager.
