Experience as a support to fine managers – "CEFE" Association represented its activities in Serbia

"CEFE" Association in Serbia has represented some of the most important details and aspects of their activities, which are mainly directed to advancement of education and business skills of the employees, at the recently ended Fair of Entrepreneurship - "Business Base" in Belgrade.

On that occasion, on Friday (December 1, 2006), the demonstrative workshop "Survival on the Market" was organized and some concrete methods for acquirement of knowledge and transfer of experience were presented.

By the way, "CEFE" is English acronym and stands for "Creation of Enterprises by Formation of Entrepreneurs" and it represents a set of instruments for training of entrepreneurs with the use of active and dynamic approach to the work and methods of empirical learning for the sake of deveopment and improvement of managerial and personal abilities.

The main goal of "CEFE" training is the development of entrepreneurial skills by means of the methodology invented to stimulate entrepreneurial behaviour and competence in various situations. Over the part ten years, "CEFE" courses have been conducted in more than 130 countries of the world through developd international network that gathers about 1,700 organizations and more than 3,000 people.
