NIS begins oil and gas exploration in Subotica

As NIS representatives explained to local community officials, this 3D seismic exploration will be completed in April 2014. The field work is carried out by two seismic teams of Russian company Kaliningradgeofizika with the use of state-of-the-art equipment.

As it was announced, exploration work will take place on a surface area of 740 square kilometers. The value of this project is estimated at about EUR 12.5 million.
