Vojvodina and Serbia agree to buy milk laboratory equipment

The governments of Vojvodina and Serbia have agreed to join forces to purchase and commission laboratory equipment at the Department of Cattle Breeding of the Novi Sad Faculty of Agriculture, of which primary task would be to ensure top-level control of milk quality in the territory of Belgrade and Vojvodina, it was announced on the website of the Vojvodina government.

According to that release, Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic and Agriculture Minister Dragan Glamocic agreed at a meeting to integrate all resources for the sake of further development of the activities of the Faculty of Agriculture and suitable research institutes.

The two sides agreed at the meeting that agriculture represented a great development chance for Serbia and that it was necessary to do whatever possible to secure continuous incentives.
