Sulfuric acid production doubled at RTB Bor

Following the completion of an overhaul, the sulfuric acid factory of the Mining and Smelter Basin (RTB) Bor has boosted its daily production of monohydrate that is made of sulfuric acid to more than 400 tonnes, which is twice as much as in 2008.

Thanks to successful overhaul, RTB Bor's sulfuric acid factory has come close to its maximum projected capacity of 420 tonnes of sulfuric acid a day although being over 40 years old.
