Taxi organizations in Belgrade cancelled discounts on phone calls

On the basis of the decision of City of Belgrade and recommendation of the Mayor, all taxi organizations in the capital will have the same prices in the future.

Also, it has been decided that all discounts on phone calls, which certain organizations offered, are to be cancelled.

- So far, certain organizations have been giving phone-call discount on the amount shown by the taximeter. However, there is small probability that the taxi driver can calculate exact amount at the moment, so that the citizens felt cheated in these situations due to wrong bills. In the future, the prices of the services will be determined only by regulated pricelist - said Aleksandar Bjelić, President of "Žuti Taxi".
