ABBA considers reunion

The Swedish pop group ABBA is mulling a possible reunion next year to make the 40th anniversary of the band's first hit "Waterloo"

ABBA's former singer Agnetha Faltskog told the German weekly Welt am Sonntag that they were definitely considering a reunion, that they wanted to mark the anniversary, but they had not decided how.

Faltskog formed ABBA in 1972 with guitarist and songwriter -- and later husband -- Bjorn Ulvaeus, as well as Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad.

"Waterloo" won ABBA the Eurovision song contest in 1974, and this band is also remembered for hits such as "Dancing Queen", "SOS", "Mamma Mia", "Money, Money, Money", "Take A Chance On Me", etc.
