Despotovac-based Gornja Resava up for sale

The Privatization Agency has put Despotovac-based trade company Gornja Resava in bankruptcy up for sale by public auction.

The auction will take place on the premises of the Privatization Agency on December 12th, people at this company told Tanjug news agency on Sunday.

Among the assets that will go on auction block are a department store in Despota Stefana Street, central warehouse and a building in Stevana Sindjelica Street, store in Panjevac, Veliki Popovic warehouse, building land, equipment, ready-made goods, etc. The starting price for all these assets is set at RSD 44,234,450.

A deposit of RSD 17,493,660 is to be paid by December 5th.

Gornja Resava was one of the largest trade companies in this part of Serbia in the 1980s.
