Mercator agrees in principle on loan rescheduling

The Mercator Group has reached an agreement in principle with a coordination group of creditor banks on key commercial terms of long-term rescheduling of Mercator's financial liabilitie. A proposal for rescheduling, which has been presented to other creditor banks, represents a solid basis for long-term stability of the Mercator Group.

By the way, people at Mercator expect the company's reorganization process to be successfully completed in the months to come.
