Austria's Alpine in bankruptcy has disputed the full compensation of EUR 78.32 million claimed by Koridori Srbije for unfinished work on Corridor X, people at Koridori Srbije told Tanjug news agency Wednesday.

In August 2013, this company submitted a request for EUR 55 million compensation from Alpine to the Court of Commerce in Vienna, as well as a request for the compensation of profit from road tolls in the amount of EUR 23.3 million.

These claims were disputed in a report of the bankrupty manager of Alpine, who sent it to Koridori Srbije on October 9th, it is stated in a Koridori Srbije's release submitted to Tanjug.

Regardless of the bankruptcy manager's opinion, Koridori Srbije, as a creditor, has the right to justify their claims within six months of the day the bankruptcy manager submitted aforementioned report, in line with the Austrian Bankruptcy Law.
