The tender for sale of complex of buildings of former Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) in Kneza Miloša Street in Belgrade has been declared unsuccessful.

There were several bids for the procurement of that complex, but, according to the Directorate for Property of Serbia, they did not meet the conditions of the tender. The Directorate will soon make decision about whether the new tender will be announced and what the starting price of the offered property will be.

On October 24, 2005, the Directorate for Property of Serbia announced tender for sale of complex of buildings of former Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs at starting price of 28,825,101 EUR.

The buildings that are offered for sale, with total surface of 22,654 square meters, were destroyed during the NATO bombing in 1999 and were offered for sale as a whole, without buyer's right to complaint.
