Srbija - soon construction of 1,000 apartments for employees of railway company, advantage to investors who are offered locations for ready-made flats

Milanko Šarančić, general director of the Railways of Serbia, announced the start of construction of 1,000 apartments for the employees of that company until the end of June 2005. The apartments will be built in 25 municipalities in Serbia and the apartments will be offered to the employees of the Railways of Serbia on 40-year credit, with interest rate of 1% on annual basis. The Railways of Serbia announced negotiations with the investors. The investors who offer rady-made apartment in exchange for building lots will have advantage.
