Delta holding to have elite business center and 5-star hotel built near Hyatt in Novi Beograd, €60m

Delta company will have business-commercial center and a hotel built in Novi Beograd, on the location between the Delta business center and Hyatt hotel. Dejan Racić from Delta Invest announced co-investor in this project worth €60m - Prima Stan company, which purchased right to use of that lot from Genex. It is expected that the construction will commence in few months, while the completion of the works is planned for the end of 2006.

The complex will have suites and offices, as well as luxurious trade center. The commencement of negotiations with some of the world famous hotel chains, among which is Hilton, is expected very soon.
