NIS revenue in first three quarters of 2013 at RSD 32 billion

The Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), which turned a net profit of RSD 31.7 billion in the first nine months of this year, invested RSD 37.86 billion in Serbia and contributed RSD 86.6 billlion to the budget in 2013.

During the first nine months of this year, NIS contributed 37 percent more money to the budget of Serbia than in the same period last year, mainly in direct and indirect taxes, excise, revenue and other taxes, the company said in a release Wednesday.

In line with its investment program for 2013, NIS invested RSD 37.86 billion in Serbia, 25 percent more than in same period last year.

The net revenue of NIS is almost at the same level as last year.
